Tooting’s new local burger is a collab with tooting residents Sweet Dee's Jerk (formerly known as Juci Jerk) using their BBQ sauce on a fried chicken breast with American cheese, spicy mango mayo, spring onions, lettuce and pickles.
If St Christopher’s Place is better for you, order the local for free-range fried chicken breast with American cheese, smoky harissa BBQ glaze, confit garlic mayo, lettuce and pickles.
And for those outside of London, in Cambridge we’ve collaborated with sauce makers Orriss & Son to make a burger with Honest beef, cheddar, My Wave piri-piri sauce, chimichurri, shoestring fries, Malbec onions, shallot mayo and rocket.
